I agree K. I think those were the wrong words (from Soren) to define Carlos with, "betrayal & liar". Maybe he meant to say something less harsh than those words. The english language is tough to use sometimes. And you are doubly correct in stating at what I call "looking at the big picture". What is the entirety of what Carlos has made as compared as to what money makers want to capitalize on, meaning the Michele Branch tunes. We forget that during the years of the trilogy, were, "Ceremony", "Food For Thought", "Devine Light", plus all the 1st 3 remasters w/added "live" tracks, and like you said "The DVD's". I'm sure there are more I forgot to mention.
In all, the big picture displays a much more loving and giving on the part of what we have gotten as compared of what we have not received. We must be thankful for what we have received, rather than what we feel we have not received (musically) from Carlos.
For me, anything new is better than nothing at all. I'll sort out what I want to listen to.
