Although John McLaughlin has certainly made/played some great music ("After The Rain" is one of my favorites), he never touched me like Carlos did with his guitar, or Wes Montgomery, or Bola Sete, or Grant Green, or Ronny Jordan, or..., yes Vrank_1, Gabor Szabo, or even the Artist Prince... and, not to forget, Jimi Hendrix (!), Buddy Guy, Jim Hall, Charlie Byrd, and what to think of Robin Trower ("Bridge Of Sighs")...
