Believe me, I do my fair share of "worrying, thinking, and marveling" about the world. My belief in God doesn't, nor should it, refrain me from learning everything I can. It does not refrain me from learning about my culture, about nature, about people, or even about how to get and earn a good and comfortable living. As a matter of fact, I am constantly encouraged to do that. My belief in God does not discount science. Am I still "shackled by my beliefs?" Your lack of belief in a God still does not provide any greater alternative. You have the same amount of questions that any Christian, or non-Christian for that matter, has. I am confident with the answers I have been provided. I agree with you and I can see where your concern is. I would hate God too if that were the case (referring to your latter paragraphs), but your end is at death, mine isn't, and you don't have to worry about me focusing solely on the after-life because I am still worried about how to survive this life and provide for my family and those who might need help. If I'm wrong, then so be it. But because of the hope that I have in an after-life, I don't have to live my life with hate for a God that may or may not exist, or hate for the bad things that happen to good people (or completely innocent and helpless people, i.e. babies) because of a worry for injustice.

I'll continue to live in my supposed "ignorance" since your answers don't answer anything for me. In any case, my answers suffice for the same questions that I had that you asked...kind of a run-on sentence, but oh well. If you have any questions, I'll try my best to answer. I don't claim to have them all.

Questions you might have (just judging by your comments):

If baptism is required of EVERYBODY, what happens to those who are not baptized?

If Christ is supposedly the only way to Heaven, what of those people who are too young (infants) to have a knowledge of him, or those people who live in some remote place of the world who have never heard of Christ?

What happens to infants when they die?

Just a couple that I could think of. Please feel free to ask any other and/or more. Have a good day.
