this is not about a vote-- many of us have called for truth

Togiola has a tendency to attract the dreads of the earth, the thieves, the robbers, the dream killers, the rats, the fat cats, the punks, the bums, the low lifes, the greedy, the thieves, the dubious chracters, people in high places with low reputations, the dirt bags, the devious rat b@st@rds, and so on an so forth--
Togiola is a carry on from the Tause Sunia fodder,. of same characters. These are the men that go to church on Sunday and sin every other day of the week., Until, Saturday midnight they change like Cinderella into pious bums, I got to go to church on Sunday crowd.
These are the same people that have ripped off the territory for years, on delibrerate accounting miscaluculation, ghost employees, undermining contracts, stealing out right, pension fraud, fraud, deception, punching in the government clock and play golf the whole day, running a tab on air fare, devious behavior and the list goes on..
How does the Territory suffer over these small matters?
We lose CIP fundings, we miss opportunities for grant authorizations and fundings, we cannot rebuild infrastructure, we miss many opportunities, and we bloat the payroll for another family member to milk the ASG for more funds.
What happens when we do not provide accountings and audits correctly?.
We sink the ship is the short answer for the future generations
If, ever the People of American Samoa should vote against Togiola and the Gang of Forty Thieves, it is a vote against Corruption and Polticians who commit corruption, rather than a vote for a New Candidate.
I have said, If better to sink the territory or if better to vote in a democratic fashion?
Look at your options-- voting beats, anything purposely wrong done and is the only humanly thing to do---
