if you follow Seb's and Neil's rationale, then none of Hitler's henchmen can be held resp0nsible for the Holocaust..nope, was the verdict at Nuremburg..the Iraqui invasion (the PC term is war of aggression) qualifies as crimes against humanity under the U.N War Crimes Charter..any soldier who took part in that invasion is liable to prosecution under international law..
