This is your question, go back and look. "Can any other place give the papa of the Malietoa other than the places you mentioned?. what did I say? The papa titles and the Malietoa title, are three diferent titles. The Malietoa title is not a papa title. The papa titles are, Tuiatua, Tuia,ana, Gato'aitele, and the Vaetamasoali'i. The people and the places that dishes out those titles, will never change. "Samoa ole atunu'u tofi, e le o se atunuu tali ola, ua Tofi, Tofau, Tonini, Tonana. If you don't understand the language, it means For Samoa; the lands, the aganu'u, the aga'ifanua, the language, the titles, ect. ect. are all set!
