The title may be elected in Sapapalii, but I believe that the title's home is in Malie, where the title is conferred upon the elected. That is why Malie and the Tuamasaga is called o AIGA O PA PA. It is also here that they have the Fale Malietoa. The fale Malietoa is the seven poles of the house, or seven high chiefs.
